What this needs to work

Calendar sync and auto-generated meeting links require a connected Microsoft Outlook or Google account. Video meeting links are generated through Microsoft Teams or Google Meet depending on which calendar is connected. Availability and confirmation emails send through your connected mailbox. Interview scheduling is included with ATSpro at £49/user/month — there is no separate scheduling tool to buy.

How does interview scheduling work in ATSpro?
From any shortlisted candidate you send a single availability request. Your client gets a private link (no login) to mark when they are free, and the candidate gets their own link to pick from those times. ATSpro then schedules the interview automatically, adds it to your calendar with a meeting link and the full address, and sends confirmations to everyone. No back-and-forth email chains.
Do clients and candidates need an account to pick a time?
No. Both the client availability page and the candidate slot-selection page are no-login portals opened from a secure link sent by email. Neither party needs an ATSpro account, a password, or any software; they just open the link, choose their times, and submit.
Does the interview sync with my calendar?
Yes. Once an interview is confirmed, ATSpro creates a real calendar event in your connected Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar, with a Teams or Meet link generated automatically for video interviews. If you reschedule, ATSpro updates the existing calendar event rather than leaving a stale one behind, and reminders go out before the interview so no one no-shows.
