A recruitment report builder lets you construct your own reports from your CRM data without a developer or a separate BI tool — you choose the metric (placements, revenue, CVs sent, interviews, conversion rate), group it by a dimension (recruiter, client, job type, source, month), apply filters, then save or export the result. ATSpro includes one called Slice & Dice at £49 per user per month, with CSV and Excel export and an AI assistant that will build the report for you if you describe it in plain English.

Recruitment forecasting software projects future billings from your live pipeline rather than from a spreadsheet guess. It uses your agency’s own historical conversion rates at each pipeline stage — how often a first interview becomes a placement, how long that takes — and applies them to the roles currently in play. ATSpro produces three projections (Conservative, Expected and Best Case) for the current month and is included in the £49 per user per month price, not sold as an analytics add-on.
