Audit trail & data isolation

Every record action is logged: who created, who modified, who viewed sensitive data. Soft-delete with full audit trail; hard-delete only via explicit admin action. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database query layer — one tenant cannot access another's data by architecture, not by convention.

ATSpro tracks compliance documents, statuses, and expiries — including DBS checks, RTW documents, and qualification verifications. We do not currently integrate with third-party background check providers like Certn or uCheck; checks are tracked manually in the candidate record. We are built for UK agencies and the law and Home Office guidance changes — ATSpro\'s configurable templates and workflows are designed to keep up. The platform helps you stay compliant; it doesn\'t guarantee compliance on its own.

ATSpro covers the full UK recruitment compliance stack: Regulation 15 Assignment Confirmations, Regulation 17 Key Information Documents, Right to Work tracking for every Home Office List A and B document type, GDPR 5-state consent management, blind recruitment (anonymisation), equal opportunities reporting, document expiry alerts, and a full audit trail. All of this is included at £49/user/month — no separate compliance module.
Does ATSpro integrate with background check providers like Certn or uCheck?
Not currently. ATSpro tracks DBS checks (Basic, Standard, Enhanced, Enhanced with Barred Lists) and other pre-employment checks manually within the candidate record — including status, expiry, and document upload — but does not currently integrate with Certn, uCheck, or other third-party background check providers. Integrations may be added in future. For now, recruiters run checks externally and record the result in ATSpro.
Which Right to Work document types are supported?
ATSpro supports the full Home Office List A and List B framework — including British Citizen, Irish Citizen, Skilled Worker visa, Student visa, Graduate visa, BRP, eVisa with Share Code, EU Settlement Scheme (Settled and Pre-Settled), Family visa, Global Talent, Health and Care Worker, Innovator, Investor, Senior or Specialist Worker, Tier 1, Tier 2, and other categories. Each document type has its own expiry tracking and re-check workflow.
How does GDPR 5-state consent work in ATSpro?
ATSpro tracks every candidate consent across five states: Contacted (no explicit consent yet), Consented (explicit consent received), Active (consent confirmed and current), Expired (consent has lapsed and needs renewal), and Withdrawn (candidate has explicitly withdrawn consent). State transitions are automated based on configurable retention policies, and Data Subject Access Requests and right-to-be-forgotten workflows are built in.
Can ATSpro support blind recruitment for public-sector clients?
Yes. Anonymisation can be enabled per tenant or per job — hiding candidate name, photo, age, gender, and other personally-identifying fields during screening. Identity reveal is logged for full audit trail. The blind recruitment workflow is compatible with ATSpro's structured shortlisting scoring framework.
Does ATSpro provide equal opportunities reporting?
Yes. The candidate registration portal can include an optional equal opportunities questionnaire. Responses are stored anonymously — never linked back to individual candidate records in the recruitment workflow — and reported in aggregate. The questionnaire is configurable per tenant or per client and is designed to support UK public-sector and regulated-industry reporting requirements.
How does document expiry tracking work?
Every compliance document — RTW, DBS, qualifications, training certificates — has an expiry date. ATSpro tracks expiries with configurable alert windows (typically 30/60/90 days). Automated chase emails go to the candidate, and a group dashboard view shows every upcoming expiry across the candidate base. Re-issued documents are linked back to their predecessor for an audit chain.
