Background check workflow tracking

Document expiry alerts

Audit trail & data isolation
Every record action is logged: who created, who modified, who viewed sensitive data. Soft-delete with full audit trail; hard-delete only via explicit admin action. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database query layer — one tenant cannot access another's data by architecture, not by convention.

ATSpro tracks compliance documents, statuses, and expiries — including DBS checks, RTW documents, and qualification verifications. We do not currently integrate with third-party background check providers like Certn or uCheck; checks are tracked manually in the candidate record. We are built for UK agencies and the law and Home Office guidance changes — ATSpro\'s configurable templates and workflows are designed to keep up. The platform helps you stay compliant; it doesn\'t guarantee compliance on its own.
