Recruiterflow alternative for UK recruitment agencies

Recruiterflow is a genuinely good ATS and CRM with mature outbound sequencing, and — unusually for this market — it publishes its price in sterling. At £115 per user per month it is also more than twice ATSpro. This page compares the two using Recruiterflow's own published figures, and is honest about the places Recruiterflow is the better product.

Last reviewed July 2026. Competitor pricing is compiled from public sources and user reports — see the notes at the foot of this page.

Both prices are public, so this comparison is simple

Recruiterflow runs two plans. Platform is £115 per user per month billed monthly and covers ATS and CRM, multichannel sequences, recruitment automation, client and team access control, bulk sourcing via the Chrome extension, reports and API access. AIRA adds the AI agent suite and is custom-priced. ATSpro has one plan at £49 with everything on it.

The honest headline: same job, different price

Neither of us hides our pricing, so a like-for-like comparison is straightforward. Take a five-recruiter perm desk on each platform's standard published plan.

ATSpro
£2,940/year
Five users at £49/month, billed monthly, cancel any time. Includes the AI assistant and agents, UK compliance, temp and contract pay & bill, careers site and reporting — there is no higher tier to move to.
Recruiterflow Platform
£6,900/year
Five users at £115/month on Platform, billed monthly. AIRA — the AI notetaker, matchmaker, submission agent and field-update agent — is custom-priced on top of this.

Annual billing reduces the Recruiterflow figure; their pricing page has a monthly/annual toggle and we have quoted the monthly rate for a like-for-like comparison against our own monthly rolling terms. If you commit annually, get their current annual number rather than relying on this page.

Where the products genuinely diverge

AI is the upsell, and it is the part you probably want

Recruiterflow’s marketing leads with AIRA — the notetaker, the matchmaker, the submission agent, job-change alerts, the field-update agent. All of it sits on the quote-only AIRA plan. The £115 Platform tier is a capable, conventional ATS and CRM with good sequencing; it is not the AI-native product the homepage advertises.

Everything in ATSpro is on the single £49 plan: the 170-tool assistant that takes real actions in the CRM, the AI agents, and semantic matching. There is no upgrade path because there is nothing above it.

Recruiterflow is built around perm and direct hire

Its centre of gravity is sourcing, sequencing and client BD for permanent placement, and it does that well. What it does not do is the operational machinery a UK temp or contract desk runs on: timesheet capture and approval, umbrella and PAYE handling, IR35 status, Reg 15 and 17 documentation, assignment confirmations, and invoices that reconcile to Xero or QuickBooks.

If you run perm only, that absence costs you nothing. If you run a mixed desk — and most UK agencies do — you are looking at a second system and a manual bridge between them. ATSpro treats temp and contract as a first-class workflow.

UK compliance is not on the roadmap for a global product

Recruiterflow serves agencies worldwide, so Home Office Right to Work evidence against List A and B, Reg 15/17 paperwork and a five-state UK GDPR consent lifecycle are not things it can prioritise. They are core product for us because the UK is the only market we serve.

Where Recruiterflow is the better buy

We are not right for everyone. Here is when to pick Recruiterflow.

  • You run perm or direct hire exclusively and will not miss the pay-and-bill layer. Recruiterflow is a more focused product for that motion than a system carrying temp/contract machinery you never touch.
  • Outbound sequencing is your core motion. Recruiterflow’s sequences and automation "recipes" are mature, well documented and consistently praised by their users — this is their strongest ground and they have more road behind them than we do.
  • Onboarding speed matters most. Their reviewers repeatedly note how quickly a new recruiter becomes productive, which is worth real money in a fast-growing team.
  • You are US-based or hiring internationally, where our UK compliance work is irrelevant and their global footprint and 2,100+ customer base are reassuring.

ATSpro is the better fit for UK agencies running any temp or contract volume, for anyone who wants AI included rather than quoted, and for teams where less than half the per-seat cost funds something more useful.

Moving from Recruiterflow

We migrate candidates, companies, contacts, jobs and document history at no cost. There is no seat minimum and no annual commitment, so you can start with a single licence, run it alongside Recruiterflow, and expand only once you are satisfied it does the job.

ATSpro vs Recruiterflow — frequently asked

How much does Recruiterflow cost?
Recruiterflow prices in tiers, typically from around $99 to $180+ per user per month depending on plan, with AI agent capabilities weighted toward higher tiers. ATSpro is £49 per user per month with all 6 AI agents and 29 lifecycle automations and the AI assistant included on the single plan, plus the UK compliance stack Recruiterflow does not carry.
How does ATSpro compare to Recruiterflow?
Recruiterflow is a US-built recruitment CRM priced typically at $99–149 per user per month (≈£75–115). ATSpro is £49 per user per month — significantly less for a more complete UK feature set. Recruiterflow has strong outreach and pipeline tools but lacks UK compliance (Reg 15/17, RTW, GDPR 5-state), native temp/contract billing with Xero/QuickBooks/FreeAgent sync, and an AI assistant that takes real actions in the CRM.
Does Recruiterflow have an AI assistant like ATSpro?
Recruiterflow has automation and recipe-based workflows but no conversational AI assistant that operates the CRM. ATSpro’s AI assistant has 170+ tools — finding candidates, sending emails, creating jobs, chasing feedback, generating reports — all from a single command interface, included at £49 per user per month.
Is ATSpro a good Recruiterflow alternative for UK agencies?
Yes. Recruiterflow is built primarily for US recruitment workflows. ATSpro is purpose-built for UK agencies with Regulation 15/17 documents, full Home Office Right to Work framework, GDPR 5-state consent management, native timesheets and invoicing for temp/contract placements, direct sync to Xero/QuickBooks/FreeAgent, and geographic intelligence (live map, radius search, bulk actions). At less than half the per-user price.
Can I migrate from Recruiterflow to ATSpro?
Yes — ATSpro provides free data migration covering candidates, companies, contacts, jobs, and placement history. Bulk CSV import with auto-deduplication is available, and migration support is direct from the founder.
How we sourced these figures

Neither we nor most of our competitors publish every number, so treat comparative pricing as an informed estimate rather than a quote. ATSpro’s own price is published in full at /pricing — £49 per user per month, every feature included. Where a competitor publishes a list price we use it; where they do not, we cite ranges reported by review sites and practitioners and label them as estimates. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
