ATSpro provides a visual Kanban pipeline per job with drag-and-drop between stages, custom stage names and colours per pipeline template, and a full audit trail of every transition.
Does ATSpro support stage automation in the recruitment pipeline?
Yes. Stage automations trigger actions when a candidate moves to a stage — sending an email, assigning a task, triggering an AI agent, or notifying a team member. Stage checklists enforce required items before progression (e.g. "Right to Work must be verified before offer"). Stage approvals require named user sign-off.
How does AI candidate matching work in the ATSpro pipeline?
ATSpro uses vector embeddings (pgvector) combined with weighted scoring: skills 40%, vector similarity 25%, experience 20%, location 10%, salary 5%. Match scores appear directly on candidate cards in the pipeline, alongside skill gap analysis and AI recommendations. The matching agent runs continuously across the database.
Can clients see and rate candidates in the ATSpro pipeline?
Yes — via Live Lists. Live Lists are shared real-time candidate lists where clients can leave feedback and rate candidates directly. Updates sync back to ATSpro via WebSocket.
