You will be prompted to enter payment details to continue at £49 per user per month. If you choose not to subscribe, your account is downgraded but your data is retained for 30 days so you can reactivate without losing anything.

Yes — ATSpro has one simple plan, so there is nothing to upgrade or downgrade. You can add or remove users at any time, and billing adjusts automatically on your next cycle.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing or larger teams?

Where is my recruitment data stored and is it GDPR compliant?
ATSpro is built with GDPR compliance at its core: 5-state consent tracking, automated data retention policies, right-to-be-forgotten workflows, and data subject access request handling. Data is hosted on UK and EU infrastructure (Railway and Neon, eu-west-2) with AES-256 encryption for stored credentials and tenant-level isolation enforced at the database layer. Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is available for all users.
