Why a recruiter built a recruitment CRM
ATSpro was founded by Laurence, a recruiter-turned-developer who spent years inside UK agencies using every major recruitment CRM on the market. Bullhorn was too expensive and AI-bolted-on. Vincere felt locked into 2010s workflows. Loxo was built for the US market. The first prototype was a Bubble.io app with Azure Functions for matching and parsing — a working tool that proved the workflows. ATSpro is the production rebuild: a multi-tenant SaaS recruitment CRM built from the ground up, with an AI assistant powered by Claude Sonnet 4, 14 background AI agents, geographic intelligence, and the full UK compliance stack included at £49 per user per month.
