Are the portals secure if there is no login?

Rate limiting is enforced on every public portal endpoint, and all activity is logged with full audit trail.
Do the portals replace DocuSign?
For typical recruitment agency use cases, yes. Offer signing, Terms of Business, Reg 15 Assignment Confirmations, and Reg 17 Key Information Documents can all be signed natively in ATSpro — no DocuSign subscription required.
