Are the portals secure if there is no login?
Yes. Every portal link is a single-use or time-limited tokenised URL — the token is unguessable and expires. Sensitive actions (e.g. signing) are additionally tied to the recipient email address. Rate limiting is enforced on every public portal endpoint, and all activity is logged with full audit trail.
Do the portals replace DocuSign?
For typical recruitment agency use cases, yes. Offer signing, Terms of Business, Reg 15 Assignment Confirmations, and Reg 17 Key Information Documents can all be signed natively in ATSpro — no DocuSign subscription required. PDFs are stored against the candidate, contact, or placement record automatically.
