Every user can enable two-factor authentication via any TOTP app — Google Authenticator, Authy, or any compatible app. ADMIN and OWNER accounts can enforce 2FA across the team.
AES-256 encryption at rest
All third-party API keys stored at rest are encrypted with AES-256-CBC. Your Xero credentials, Apollo keys, and email tokens are never stored in plain text.
Tenant isolation
Every database query is scoped by tenantId at the Prisma middleware level. One tenant cannot access another's data — by architecture, not just by convention.
Role-based access control
OWNER, ADMIN, RECRUITER, and READ-ONLY roles per brand. Users with multi-brand access switch without logging out. Granular permissions enforced server-side.

How is my data secured?
Every user can enable two-factor authentication via any TOTP app, and admins can enforce it across the team. Third-party API keys are encrypted at rest with AES-256, every database query is scoped by tenant at the middleware layer, and role-based access control is enforced server-side. Infrastructure runs on Railway with Neon PostgreSQL in eu-west-2, so your data stays in the UK.
