Every user can enable two-factor authentication via any TOTP app — Google Authenticator, Authy, or any compatible app — with single-use backup codes.
AES-256 encryption at rest
Third-party API keys and access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, with the key held separately from the database. Your Xero credentials, Apollo keys, and email tokens are never stored in plain text.
Tenant isolation
Every database query is scoped by tenantId at the Prisma middleware level. One tenant cannot access another's data — by architecture, not just by convention.
Role-based access control
OWNER, ADMIN, RECRUITER, and READ-ONLY roles per brand. Users with multi-brand access switch without logging out. Granular permissions enforced server-side.

How is my data secured?
