Does ATSpro work for retained and exclusive search mandates?
Yes. ATSpro supports retained search with milestone billing built in — you define the milestones (retainer, shortlist, placement) and the billing agent raises invoices automatically when each stage is reached. Exclusive mandates are tracked with a flag on the job record. It also supports contingency, perm, contract, temp, temp-to-perm, and fixed term.
How does the AI matching work per job?
Every job in ATSpro has an AI Matches tab. When you open it, ATSpro semantically analyses the job description and searches your entire candidate database for the best matches — ranked by overall fit across skills, location, salary, and experience. Each match comes with a per-criterion breakdown and an AI Analysis explaining strengths and gaps in plain English. You can shortlist or reject directly from the results, or run a new search with different criteria.
How is AI Sourcing different from AI Matches?
AI Matches searches your existing candidate database — the people you already have in ATSpro. AI Sourcing searches externally via Apollo’s 280M+ contact database and LinkedIn for passive candidates you don’t yet have. Both run from the same job record, both rank by fit, and both let you add candidates to your pipeline with one click. Apollo enrichment for email and phone is included for high-confidence matches.
Does ATSpro replace a separate CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce?
For recruitment agencies, yes. ATSpro’s client CRM is built specifically for the recruitment context — it connects companies to contacts, jobs, submissions, placements, and revenue in a way that a generic CRM cannot. If your agency uses HubSpot or Salesforce for pure business development before candidates are involved, you can run both, but most agencies find ATSpro’s BD pipeline covers that use case.
How many AI matches are included per job?
AI Matches and AI Sourcing are unmetered — you can run as many matches as you need across as many jobs as you have, included with the £49/user/month subscription. Apollo enrichment uses your tenant’s shared credit pool, which is generous enough for normal recruitment use. You will only hit the Apollo limit if you are running mass-enrichment campaigns, in which case extra credits can be purchased.
