Brand-isolated tenants, one login
Each brand operates in its own isolated tenant — separate candidates, jobs, clients, branding, careers site, and email signatures. Users with multi-brand access switch between brands without logging out. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer, not by convention.
Shared candidate & contact lists
Promote selected candidates and client contacts into shared group lists — visible across every brand in the group. Each shared record keeps a clear audit trail of which brand it originated from. Roll out a panel of pre-vetted candidates to all brands at once.
Cross-brand referrals with revenue split
