The default subdomain (youragency.careers.atspro.co.uk) is provisioned automatically with Cloudflare-managed SSL. A custom domain takes a single CNAME record and is usually live within 15 minutes once DNS propagates.
Which templates are included?

Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The default is youragency.careers.atspro.co.uk but you can use a custom domain such as careers.youragency.com. Setup is a single CNAME record on your DNS. SSL certificates are provisioned and renewed automatically by Cloudflare — you never need to touch them. There is no extra charge for custom domains.
Can I embed the job board on my existing website?
Yes. ATSpro provides a one-line JavaScript embed widget that drops a styled job board onto any existing website — WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, or a custom-built site. The widget pulls live job listings from your ATSpro tenant automatically and applications flow back into your pipeline. You can use the embed widget alongside, or instead of, the full careers site.
Where do applications go?
Every application from the careers site or embed widget creates a candidate record in ATSpro automatically. The CV is parsed for name, contact details, skills, and experience, and the candidate is added to the relevant job’s pipeline at the New stage. The assigned recruiter receives an instant Slack and email notification. Source attribution is captured — so you can see which roles your careers site is converting on.
Are the careers sites GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Candidate consent is captured at application time, recorded with timestamp and IP address, and stored against the candidate record. ATSpro’s 5-state GDPR consent management then governs how the candidate record is used in the recruitment workflow. Privacy policy and cookie banner are included on every template.
How does the careers site stay up to date?
Job listings on the careers site and embed widget pull directly from your live ATSpro vacancies.
