How long does it take to set up a careers website with ATSpro?
Minutes. You name your site, pick a template and answer a few questions about your sectors, services and location. The AI then writes the pages in about a minute. You can change the colours, images and copy, publish your jobs and press Publish whenever you are ready.
Which templates are included?
Six templates are included: Caldera for industrial, construction, engineering and skilled-trades recruiters; Hexford for senior and executive search; Marlow & Finch for regional consultancies covering several sectors; Mistral for specialist sectors such as life sciences and pharma; Northstack for technology recruiters; and Vanta for single-niche specialists. You can switch template at any time and keep your brand colours.
Will the AI make things up about my agency?
No. It uses only your answers and your ATSpro data, and it does not invent figures, clients or history. If a template block contains example figures, ATSpro tells you so you can replace or hide them. Every page is saved to its History before the AI changes it, so anything can be put back.
How do jobs get onto the website?
From the job in ATSpro: click Publish, tick your website and publish. The job gets its own page with salary, location and an Apply button, and appears in the jobs list and on its sector page. When the role is closed in ATSpro it comes off the site.
Where do applications go?
Applications made on your careers site land straight in ATSpro against the job. CV registrations and vacancies submitted through the site's forms arrive in the website's Submissions.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — a root domain such as youragency.co.uk or a subdomain such as careers.youragency.co.uk. ATSpro shows you the DNS records to add at your domain provider; once they are in place you press Verify. SSL certificates are provisioned and renewed automatically, and there is no extra charge.
Can I keep my existing website?
Yes. If you would rather keep your current website, you can embed your live ATSpro jobs on it instead of, or as well as, using an ATSpro careers site.
Does the analytics use cookies?
No. Page views are counted on the server, with known bots excluded, and no cookies are set on visitors.
Is there an extra cost for the careers website?
