Do workers need to create an account to submit timesheets?
No. Workers receive a secure link each week which takes them directly to their timesheet portal. There is no account creation or password required. The link is unique to that worker and that week, so it’s both secure and frictionless.
Do clients need to create an account to approve timesheets?
No. Clients receive a secure approval link by email. They click through to see all pending timesheets for their workers, can review individual entries, and approve everything with one click. No account, no login, no system to learn.
How does ATSpro calculate timesheet totals?
ATSpro uses the pay rate and charge rate set on the placement record. When a worker submits their hours, the system calculates the total based on the rate type — daily, hourly, or weekly. Overtime rates and weekend rates can be configured per working pattern. Expenses are added as separate line items.
Which payroll systems does ATSpro export to?
ATSpro exports approved timesheets in Sage 50 / Sage Payroll format, Xero Payroll format with earnings types, QuickBooks Payroll format, and a generic CSV for any other payroll or finance system. Invoices sync directly to Xero, QuickBooks, and FreeAgent via API.
Can I set up different rates for different shifts?
Yes. ATSpro’s working pattern templates let you configure multiple shift types — day shift, late shift, night shift, 4-day week — each with its own pay rate, charge rate, and margin. These populate timesheets automatically based on the pattern assigned to the placement.
